- How/where do I find and download my previously purchased Office 2010 Made the MAJOR mistake of upgrading to Windows 7 after my Vista corrupted itself beyond repair. Now I can't find where to download the Office 2010 I bought and the Office website is a major disinformation supplier with NOT ONE SINGLE WORD about how to find it.
- I purchased an app (Divvy) from the Mac App Store ten days ago and still have not received an email receipt for the purchase. The e-mail address in the App Store Account Settings is correct and it's not in the Spam folder. The same account gets receipts fine when I make purchases in the iTunes Store. Is there a way to either.

To re-download, on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage there should be a Purchased link under the Quick Links section. Click on that and you should go to a screen where you can select the content type (music, apps etc) and be able to re-download them. If you still have the 'pointers' to your apps in your iTunes library (i.e. where you are getting the exclamation marks) then iTunes will assume that you already have them somewhere and won't let you re-download them - so try deleting one of them first and you should then be able to re-download it via that Purchased link, and you can then do the same for the others.
